180cm Rexine Grappling Dummy

Ravine International manufactures 180cm Rexine Grappling Dummies for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, Judo, wrestling and general grappling training. The anatomical humanoid design provides a practical solo training partner for practicing takedowns, throws, submissions, positional transitions, ground-and-pound and defensive drills.

Made from durable rexine synthetic leather, the dummy is designed for regular training use. Reinforced double-stitched seams provide additional strength in high-stress areas during grabbing, throwing and repeated grappling drills.

The dummy is supplied unfilled, allowing users to customize its weight and firmness. Recommended filling materials include old clothes, textile cuttings, raw cotton, torn bed linens and suitable rubber granules.
