Its adult-sized 180cm design provides a practical solo training partner for practicing takedowns, submissions, positional control, escapes, sweeps and ground grappling techniques.

Made from durable synthetic vinyl leather, the dummy is suitable for repeated training sessions and easy to maintain. Reinforced double stitching with strong polyester/nylon thread provides additional durability during regular grappling practice.

Flexible Movement

Folded fabric joints at the shoulders and hips provide improved flexibility and more natural movement during training. This makes the dummy suitable for practicing transitions, submissions, sweeps, guard work and positional drills.
