Return and refunds
At Ravine International, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering martial arts uniforms, MMA gear, boxing equipment, fitness accessories, activewear, and custom sportswear. Our returns and refunds process is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for both individual buyers and wholesale customers.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories attached. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items cannot be accepted for return.
Customized & Private Label Orders
Customized, personalized, OEM, private label, embroidered, printed, or specially manufactured products are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the wrong item has been supplied. This includes custom martial arts uniforms, BJJ Gis, Karate uniforms, Judo suits, Taekwondo Doboks, rash guards, MMA shorts, boxing gloves, tracksuits, hoodies, fitness apparel, and branded sportswear made according to customer requirements.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong product, incorrect size supplied, or confirmed defective item
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. For martial arts gear, MMA apparel, boxing equipment, fitness accessories, and sportswear, exchange availability depends on stock, product type, and order details
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Ravine International immediately with clear photos, order details, and a description of the issue.
After review, we will arrange a replacement, repair solution, exchange, or refund depending on the situation. If the issue is caused by our manufacturing or dispatch error, we will handle the replacement at no additional product cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a confirmed product defect. Returned items should be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
For wholesale, bulk, team, academy, gym, distributor, and private label orders, return and refund terms may vary depending on the product type, customization level, quantity, and agreed production details.
Ravine International carefully confirms product specifications, size charts, branding details, materials, colors, and packaging before production to reduce mistakes and ensure customer satisfaction.
