Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of defects.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are processed as soon as the returned item is received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
